Aqua Aerobics Training

From 28th November 2009, Albatross swimming School will start with Aqua Aerobics Training and it will be conducted by Felix Uzor, Y.M.C.A. level 3 Aqua Aerobics Instructor with over 10 years international experience.

Aqua aerobics is a great way to get fit, and its one of the safest. It keeps the heart and lungs healthy whilst toning the body and reducing fat, and also provides a good opportunity for a splash about in the water.

Fed up of the same old aerobics, want a change?  Aqua Aerobics is an ideal activity for those wanting to improve the health of their heart and lungs and burn off some calories but without suffering any wear and tear on their bodies.  Exercising in the water is a great way to relieve stress, as the water massages and cools the body, relaxing you as you exercise.

Aqua aerobics may seem easy to do at first as you glide through the water. However, as you progress each move becomes more challenging as the water resistance makes your muscle works harder.  Reap the benefits of a great aerobics workout, without the wear and tear on your joints, by a fully qualified instructor with over 10 years international experience..
Above all you don’t need to be a swimmer.

Give it a try contact Felix today. Find out about a class near to you.

Teaching children to swim at an early age builds confidence, self-esteem and increases motor skills development. This early exposure will help them be more successful through their lives.
