Weather Condition
The swimming coach and the pool authority reserve the exclusive rights to cancel the swimming lesson for safety reasons on rainy days. Instead of the normal swimming lesson, swimming coach will be conducting drills exercise, water safety theory .

Hence, we strongly encourage you to attend classes regardless of the weather conditions unless you have been informed that the lesson is cancelled. Lesson can be resumed under drizzling rain.

Swimming Equipment
You will need a swim goggle for your swimming lesson. Other than that your coach will decide whether you need to have a swim board or swim pull buoy after your first lesson with him/her. We are selling the swimming equipment as well; purchase these products from us at a cheaper rate!

Relief Coach
On any day that your swimming instructor is not available, we reserve the rights to send a relief swimming instructor.

Makeup Lesson
No refund and make up class will be given if the lesson has to be cancelled due to bad weather. However if lesson is cancelled by the swimming Coach, make-up class will be arrange for the student.

There will be no refunds or make-up lessons for any absenteeism, late coming or cancellation of any sort. 

Lost time due to late coming will neither be compensated nor made up. Any last minute cancellation will not be entertained unless the student informs the Coach at least 7 hours before, after which make-up lessons will have to be arranged directly and in favor to the instructor. All students will still be required to undergo at least 4 lessons on a monthly basis. Failure to undergo the minimum required lessons will result in any outstanding lessons to be forfeited. 

Temporary Discontinuation of Swimming Lesson
Student has to give us one month notice if he/she wants to temporary stop the swimming class.

Payment discounts
Multi-child discount for any parent or guardian enrolling at least 3 children will receive a 10% discount.
